In this class, we’ll show you how to make a rustic loaf of crackly, crusty artisan bread with no kneading involved! We’ll also show you how to make delicious pestos for you bread using a variety of cool-season herbs. You will take home dough to bake at home and an herb planter for your own edible gardening.

Start off the spring patio season with a decorative combo planter that is also edible! In this class, you will make a cottage-style container garden with your choice of veggies and flowers such as Swiss chard, cabbage, chives, pansies, and more. We will provide a 15-inch galvanized metal container, or you can save money and bring your own planter. We’ll also share information on garden design, plant care, and harvesting. One glass of wine is included in the ticket price. A perfect way to celebrate Earth Day!

Learn about small space gardening as you sip a glass of wine and create your own culinary patio planter in this make-it/take-it style workshop. Each guest will receive a 15” food-safe pot, potting soil, organic fertilizer, and plants to create their choice of planter: Salsa, Eggplant Parmesan, or Pesto. These planters make a lovely addition to any sunny patio, and the workshop will include tips on plant care, harvesting, and design concepts for small space gardens, as well as recipes to use the herbs and veggies in the planters.
